These practices will focus on stroke instruction and drills for each of the four competitive strokes; butterfly, backstroke, breastroke, and freestyle. We will introduce circle swimming (the proper way to swim safely when sharing a swimming lane), streamline (the proper way to leave the wall), flip turns, racing dives, legal finishes for each stroke (the proper way to touch the wall), and building endurance (swimming without stopping for distance). We (the coaches) will be in the water during the entire swim practice to help the children with specific drills and correction of their strokes. We will host a "Mock Meet" at the end of each session with awards given!

Swim Practice Information Adults Ages 18 & Up

Everyone welcome! No experience required. Drills implemented at every practice. Swim yardage given after each practice. Workouts targeted for each individual and their goals. All levels of ability - beginner -learn to swim to triathlon-competitive.
